Have been off plan since Friday, and haven't had a chance to catch up on the thread.

Does anyone know if the holiday restrictions still apply to SW...that you're only allowed 4 weeks 'off' if you tell your consultant and don't have to pay for these missed weeks, but anything over that you have to pay for ...I remember this used to be the case but I'm not so sure now? Or are there unlimited weeks off now?

I hope that makes sense, I'm in a busy building and can't really get my thoughts in order.

    Hi all :D

    Just a flying visit :D

    EE Day

B - Puffed wheat with Cuppa -i really do not like oat/scan bran so i'm stuggling to make up that extra bit of fibre :(

L - left over veggie stir fry (about 1.5 syns for the oil and sauce), banana, packet of french fries 4.5 syns

D- 3 slices of boiled gammon with salad and savoury rice (1.5 syns a packet so 1/3rd of a pack 0.5 syns)

I got the little dessert pamphlet from the mag which has a recipe for pancakes in and they will be 5 1/2 syns per serving (shall post it later coz cant remember now)

    = 12 syns

I thought savoury rice was free!! I'm sure I checked it too.

Hiya, anyone know if this is allowed to have 3 scan brans + 3 wholewheat crackerbread as a heb?
Did it again for breakfast with banana slices.
Another thing I like about this is, it's easier to spread the cream cheese triangles on the scan bran and use the crackerbread as the top slice. If I spread anything on the crackerbread, it disintegrates but doesnt happen with the scan bran iyswim.
Cant see why I cant combine the scan bran and crackerbread but you never know with SW :)

Ive had a look at my book as I wasnt sure how many syns the crackerbread are. If you get 6 for a Heb then im sure it would be ok to have 3 then the rest as scan bran seeing as it is full of fibre. A healthy extra is around 6 syns altogether so as long as you not going over that. Sw dont recommend mixing healthy extras as you can lose count but this seems straightforward. You need to watch you are not having to much fibre though. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water to flush it out.

I not all supermarket varieties are free, only the batchelors one, it might be an supermarket own one, the Asda ones all have 1/2 a syn, only a couple are free, not sure about Tesco etc.
