Ordered an online shop the other day and ordered anya potatoes as they were on offer lol. Didnt realise how small they are. Says on the packet they have a nutty taste. What I would like to know, are they free on green days. Hope so as I have two bags of them:o

Ive had a look at my book as I wasnt sure how many syns the crackerbread are. If you get 6 for a Heb then im sure it would be ok to have 3 then the rest as scan bran seeing as it is full of fibre. A healthy extra is around 6 syns altogether so as long as you not going over that. Sw dont recommend mixing healthy extras as you can lose count but this seems straightforward. You need to watch you are not having to much fibre though. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water to flush it out.
Thanks. Thought it was straightforward enough. Yes, drinking plenty of fluids and everything is moving along nicely :D

I've just bought a packet of Morrisons Eat Smart crispbakes (they are a bit like thick Melba toasts). I'm going away this weekend and thought I'd take them with me to have with some spready cheese for lunch.

I cant find them anywhere in the food diary. I must say that I dont really like to food diary, would much prefer if everything was together and not in free, low syns, higher syns etc. You have to start at the front and work your way through every part...

Anyway! I am rambling...does anyone have any idea at all how many syns they would be (or a HEb) or have I wasted my money ?

    Thanks

Thanks for the responses! Think I've had 2-3 holiday weeks already, I'll just skip a week this week then, can't face seeing another gain, (after I'd been so good last week yet still gained a half pound). Then it gives me more time to get things going in the right direction again.

I will draw the line under this blip in the morning...after some not-so-syn-free pancakes!

Hi all am new to this forum so hope its ok to take a seat?
I have restarted SW after losing 2 1/2 stone previously but due to ill health and medication that increased the appertite I have regained about 2st. I have been off my meds for about 6 weeks now and have been on SW since Christmas, since coming off the meds I have lost about 1/2 a stone. Its a bit hard to tell cos only have cheapy scales with a needle so not accurate. I can't afford to go back to classes but a friend is going so gives me the password although last weeks [herring] has stopped working and they usually last for 2/3 weeks. Its half term so can't ask my friend for the new one. So if I have any queries would it be ok to ask here?
I read earlier about making large quantities of food and counting the syns but if eating left overs the next day u don't count the syns as already counted day b4? Am confused as my previous consultant told me to count them both days, can anyone confirm/deny this please?
Also saw someone say oxo are now free?
Having read about Marions rice thought I'd have some for lunch, only had strawberry yog so went with that. Sorry to say it made me feel sooooo sick I haven't been able to face anything to eat since [sorry Marion]. Maybe just me.
Some very good recipe ideas on here though so will be trying some out [when I feel less sick].
Sorry this is so long, got lots to say/know :o
