Have this recipe from previous SW weight loss, you know this already but will put it up anyway. I LOVED IT.

Carrot Cake to Die for

Syn value: 11 syns for whole cake

Ingredients

4 scan bran, crushed
1 weetabix, crushed
5oz carrot, grated
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp nutmeg
1tbsp runny honey
2tbsp mincemeat
3 eggs, beaten

Topping

Quark
Lemon juice
Sweetner to taste

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180c or gas mark

2. Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well

3. Turn into lined tin and cook for 1 hour

4. Turn out onto wire rack to cool

5. Mix all topping ingredients together and spread on cake

Tip

Slice it & freeze or eat half one day & half the next or EAT THE WHOLE DARN LOT AS ITS ONLY 11 SYNS :rotfl:

Risotto Rice, Tomato & Italian Herbs, ambient, 250g pouch 5½
Good news on the yogurt, not so good for the risotto though!

Ok, I'm confused - ryvita is listed twice online for healthy b, it says 2 and then further down it says 4. Anyone know why please? I sometimes have 8 ryvita a day as both my healthy b's, hope I'm not doing wrong!

Depends on which ryvitta

2 ryvitta fruit crunch/pumpkin seeds and oats
2 ryvitta dark(if you want a speed food)
4 ryvitta dark (not a speed food)
3 ryvitta multi grain

Both are hebs but only having 2 ryvita makes it a 'speed' heb.4 is just a normal heb.HTH.

I want this but our class can't seem to get scan bran any more any other suggestions for a replacement or where i can get them from x
