I'm having trouble with the password too, won't accept last weeks or this weeks.
Can anyone one suggest anything i can have for lunch when i'm at work. I do playground duty twice a week and need something I can eat on the go so nothing hot and I dont want bread. Any ideas? I have had tesco mini pittas b4 which are only 4 syns each but I'd prefer something with no syns if possible.
Also i'm still confused about whether you syn both times when u eat leftovers i.e. counted syns the 1st day do u count again on next day. My previous consultant said u did but read on here you don't so can anyone confirm this please? Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

If you have counted the total syns the day before - for the whole amount - then no need to syn the leftovers. If you have only synned the amount you ate - a portion - then you would have to syn the second portion.:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil, like women....;):D:p

Here's the plan for today's Extra Easy day:
Brunch - 2 slices white nimble bread (HEB), 2 morrisons eat smart thick sausages (1 syn), bacon, tomato ketchup (1/2 a syn) - was meant to have more ketchup but I've run out!!
Tea - chicken breast (marinaded over night in ginger, garlic, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, 5 spice powder and honey (2 syns)), stir fry veg, egg noodles
Snacks - banana
Had planned on having the bacon/sausage butty for breakfast and then stuffed peppers with savoury rice as lunch, but didn't work out like that!
Will update later

Seems to be mentioned a few times that those that did SW a few years back lost more then compared to trying the diet now. Wonder why that is?
I find I was much more stricter the first time round and now ive found ways to get round things and know I can have those few extra syns and it wont make a huge difference if im good the rest of the time.
Its not the diet itself, if I followed it 100% like I did the first time round I would be at target. Im just being a bit lazy with it. Ive only myself to blame.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
