Another 1.5lb off for me. Am very surprised as I've had a very bad week! But very grateful too!

Have just had a chinese - my first treat since I started 6 weeks ago. Naughty I know, but just needed it......:o

I could never work out why a wee could make u weigh less but a number 2 made no difference.

I always found that a no.1 makes about half a pound difference, and a number 2 anywhere between half a pound and 1 pound (yes I know I'm very sad for trying to establish that lol!)
Yesterday is today's memories, tomorrow is today's dreams :)

Made the mushy pea curry this evening so I can have it tomorrow and it tastes pretty good! Tweaked it a bit though...

    1 tin mushy peas
    1 tin chopped tomatoes
    handful chopped mushrooms
    onion
    2 cloves garlic
2 quorn sausages (the chilled type so I could cut them up before I cooked them)
Various spices: Curry powder, cumin, tumeric, chilli, black pepper and tabasco.

I fried off the onion, garlic and spices off in frylight first before adding the rest of the ingredients. It has made a surprising amount actually, will have some tomorrow with rice and fromage frais, then maybe fridge one portion to have on a jacket potato and freeze the rest. I think it'll be much better after it's rested a bit and all the flavours have mixed.
0lbs/18lbs to get to club 10
  • FYI there are new scan brans in class now, they are a different recipe and packaging and are 1 syn each instead of only 1/2:( Not happy about it because it will double the syn count of a lot of our cakes!
