I think I'm glad that I found this site - thanks very much for your welcome - I'll be keeping up with all the posts

Good luck for your weighing in - after years and years I'm beginning to realise that numbers of pounds dont really count, its how you feel in yourself.

leave the scales alone and join a group they is having an open week in two weeks pop along it will be good and you get moral support :)

scales are cruel and will not help you when you weigh yourself and its worse than you think or give you the best praise when your better than you think

group support is amazing you all have the same goal and youll have a bloomin good laugh whilst doing it

  • Hi all, I've just found this thread, it's very funny and informative :)

I'm new to SW and can't attend a class so i'm thinking about doing it online. Does anyone know what it's like to do it online and if it explains things well enough (because it all sounds quite complicated :o) Also, the 3 month fee is VERY expensive (cheapest deal: £59.95:eek:), it doesn't specify what you get for that so i'm not sure what to do, i'm wondering if I should join a class for £9.95 to get all the stuff and then just do it myself rather than pay that.

Any advice? Thanks in advance x

just been on the website... it says you need to have the use of a car.. that i dont have as i can't drive :(

on a separate note - i have another question.. Is my food directory worth referring to? Its from 2007 and i am aware that syn values change so i wonder if its still accurate? From looking on here it appears that some of the values are the same, but i don't want to rely on it for other foods if there is a chance the values have changed

Well you have our group here:love:

Why don't you email SW and tell them. It might highlight to them that they need to look into starting a group nearby x x x
