It isnt Cadbury that make Options. Did you mean Highlights? All the option ones are 2 syns each (I love the Belgium Choc ones)

The Cadbury highlights are 2 syns as well.

You just need to be careful because there are some new flavours of Options out now that are more than 2 syns each.

And the Highlights Dark Chocolate, my favourite, is only a chocolicious 1.5 syns.

Thankyou - you're right, it doesn't say Cadbury on them it just says Options! 2 SYNS eh, jolly good, I don't often get a choc urge but they are there for the odd time. Just had half of a hass avocado - now that WAS worth the syns, I don't have a sweet tooth so avocado is my "ice creammmmmmmmm":p

and thanks toCirces - I have some Belgian Choc 37 caloris and mint madness at 34 calories.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
  • Hi all,

I am new to this forum. I have started following the SW program, although I am not going to classes as I have borrowed the books of a friend of mine. We have a Change Challenge program through Occupational Health at work, so I have been getting weighed at work and doing SW on my own.

Anyway, I only started SW last Tues and when I was weighed on Friday, I had lost almost 3lbs (1.3 kilos). I love the SW approach as I am never hungry. I had been a long term yo-yoer on WW (but found it stressed me out too much and I was tired of counting points). Due to the years of yo-yoing, I am now fatter that I have ever been. So far I have also found that SW fits well with my vegetarianism.

Anyway, I have been enjoying reading your tips over the past few days. I will hopefully post another loss next week!!!

Congratulations and welcome to the group! 3lb is a very good loss! Wouldn't it be nice if we could do that every week! :rotfl: If you need any help or have any questions we are all happy to help. It is a little quiet here on weekends but plenty going on during the week.
