Sorry Karen, I feel bad now. I wasnt trying to be mean by picking at your meals, Im just so used to eating loads on SW because its available. I know not everyone can because of work or other reasons. I just didnt want to see you hungry because you maybe thought you shouldnt eat a lot during the day as you prefer to eat at night, but if its all free food you can eat as much as you like ALL day.

Skint Catt has gave you some good ideas. Could you not buy 1 loaf of wheat free bread and freeze it and just use a couple of slices now and again? Have a wee look online and it should tell you the syns value of it. Im assuming the fibre is in the wheat itself so your right it might not be a heb.
As SC says if you are short of time or having to eat in the car them maybe invest in a food thermos so you can have soups and stews for lunch or whatever is left over from your tea the night before.

I love my poached egg on toast for brekkie but I couldnt eat it too early, so I know how you feel. Do you like porridge? that would be nice and filling in the morning along with your banana, good slow releasing energy to keep you full til lunch.

please keep posting your daily food diary, it does help when you see it all written down. x

Aww no need to apologise or feel bad!! It's all helpful - today I had 4 ryvita for bf and a banana :) Same again for lunch in the car and will probably have some mushy peas now I'm home to see me through til tea time, which will be savoury rice with omelette and beans. The thermos is a good idea - I could have my mushy peas in there lol - I do love them!
Thanks again for your help xx

So 2 would be 11 syns :(

I've eaten SOO much this last few days (not SW good until today!) - today has been SW green friendly day but for lunch I had a huge salad with cous cous & chickpeas and all yummy things and now I'm hungry again! As I won't be having my stir-fry until 9.30pm after the airport run I'm having pasta, beans & cheese now :o it's not looking good for next Tuesday either as I promised OH we can have a takeaway on Saturday night as a Valentines pressie/treat - I was going to be angelic all week but it didn't happen that way :(

When does the sw site password change please? I'm worried that if it changes on Monday, I won't have the new password until Wednesday

Passwords last for a fortnight in case you can't make it to class. I'm not sure what day they actually change!

Sorry me again :o When you have a green day are you still supposed to have one third superfree food on your plate or is it just for EE?

No that's just for EE - though even red & green days should be formed around superfree foods first to speed weightloss.
• Hello everyone!!!

Well done to everyone who lost this week!!!! :T

i've had a crappy day today :(

EE day
B - 2 slices wholemeal toast (HEB) with tsp of clover light on each slice (2syns)

L- got some loin ribs from morrisons... dread to think how bad they were! Had with a nice big (bistro style) salad (1tbsp of sweet chilli sauce as dressing 1.5syns)

oh and i had a piece of my friend's mint choc hi-bar.. prob 2 syns worth! Gosh it was yummy!!

2x mini babybel light cheeses (HEA)

Drink - approx 2 litres of water from morning til now, diet coke

Dinner - made a SW friendly chinese. Egg fried rice (egg cooked in frylight, boiled rice added with touch of soy), Noodles (cooked with dark and light soy sauce, 5 spice and 2tsp of stir fry oil -to get the sesame flavour) 4syns but it served 4 people. Made my own pork balls (lean pork mince mixed with garlic, ginger, soy and 5spice) dry fried and then finished in the oven so any excess fat drained away. Also stir fried a whole bag of beanshoots with mushrooms in soy sauce. :)

Food wise i'm lacking fruit/veg again!! But, if i get picky later i'm gonna have some strawberries an apple and maybe a few carrot sticks and grapes :)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

new beginnings...... new successes..

Which bit do you need the syns for? The nutella?

Nutella Chocolate Hazelnut Spread 1 level tbsp

A 'level' tbsp is one after a knife has been scraped across the top of the spoon - so not very much for 4 syns!
