3 large skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sized chunks
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon mustard powder
Juice of a large orange together with 3 tablespoons of water (1 syn).

Morning all,
I lost 0.5lb last night. im a bit disspointed but I think it was a combination of having half a tin of coconut milk the other night and having half fat creme fraiche a couple of times in a bowl of pasta thinking it was fromage frais and free.
Last night was awful in class, our poor consultant was all over the place and running very late, when she stood up to tell everyone she was ready she burst into tears and announced she'd just found out she has breast cancer hadn't even been home to tell her hubby.:( There were a few people in tears. Shes a wee fighter and continuing to have her class will take her mind of it, but she was struggling all night. We all just gave her a wee hug when getting weighed. She asked if everyone can just try and keep on losing and make her proud. God im sitting here in tears just thinking about her and last night.
It made us all think again about why we are losing the weight. I want to get to that half a stone mark for next week now.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Oh Nic that's awful, the poor woman! She's very dedicated to her group to turn up at all after terrible news like that. I hope she can fight it, there are some heartening stories out there. Good luck to her.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0

Oh that poor lady! What dedication!!
Weighed in today - down 3lbs and I'm now down 5 pounds in total - 3 weeks till my holidays so still sticking to mostly red days at the minute to get a good loss. I'm NOT going over 14 stone ever again!!
Well done to all fantastic losses!:T0 -
Congratulations all the losers. Your poor consultant nic, takes a strong woman to stand up in front of a group of people after news like that. I don't know how I would have reacted.
Just got back from weigh in and really disappointed, 0.5lb on! I couldn't believe it, I gasped on the scales haha. I'd had a very good week, bar 10 syns extra on Sunday which I then made up for on monday and tuesday. Haven't been eating loads of the stodgy free foods, and have been trying to have a good sized bowl of syn free home made veg soup for either lunch or dinner each day to speed things up. I'm off to London tonight to see the OH and just feel disheartened as I was going to just allow myself a few extra syns over the weekend, now I feel like I'm going to go all or nothing...0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100 -
well it was proof last night = u cant have you cake and eat it! lol
I put on 1lb this week, but i was ready for it. Has made me more determined to get a really good loss next week. Supre free and speed foods all the way this week.
Definitely gonna be on here like i used to be aswell as it helped keep me on track; i feel by the wayside, and cos it wasnt in the forefront of my thinking, i slipped up a few times.
so today:
BF: Shape Fuller for Longer Yoghurt with Strawberries, then Beans, Bacon and Egg with slice nimble (HeB) with butter (3 syns - butter )
plan on making Speed Soup for Lunch, and chicken casserole for dinner. i approximate the casserole to be about 3.5 syns.
Snacks can be fruit, yohurt and my other slice nimble to complete my HeB.
Thansk for listening!Carla-Farla!!

Ooh nic - we're all thinking of your consultant.
Got the electrician in today so no electricity so far today - he'll be gone by dinner so I'm having to have Slimfast until then. I think this week I'll eat a bit more the SW way as I'm just not sticking to SF after 4pm - my danger time - so more filling lunches for me!

nic - so sorry to hear about your consultant. she sounds like a strong woman. sending lots of love.
today has been fine eating wise, apart from when driving to work, stopped for petrol which is also a little cafe, OH bought 2 bacon rolls. i don't trust bacon from anywhere, have to do it myself (or OH!) so i know it's not fatty or swimming in grease! it was -2.5 degrees and had to drive with my window open so i didn't smell the bacon! so unfair, he's always stayed around 12.7 stone which was my starting weight!!! :O"I believe in manicures. Thanks for the kind word for my consultant. I really feel for her, she didnt want any sympathy last night, she wanted us all to keep on losing so she knows we are all supporting her. She did so well last night to complete the class. We all offered to weigh and go but she wanted everyone to stay.
Im having a EE day today
Brekkie/lunch - Tuna sandwich with sweetcorn and 2 syns of light mayo. (heb)
Dinner - Gammon steak, SW chips, peas and eggs.
Snacks, will eat lots of fruit as ive not had any salad with my lunch.
Has anyone tried the Velvet crunch crisps you get from Tesco?
