just had a nice lunch of prawn and noodle miso soup. It had loads of chilli, lime and corriander with left over stir fry veg, it was so good I could eat it every day.
Have made the cottage cheese quiche and cut it into squares will have that for snacking through the day.
We are planning a taco night tonight. Going to make a free chilli with mexican rice and free garlic and corriander 'fried' potatoes. It is 5 syns for 2 taco shells, we are having the new taco trays so ill assume they are the same syns as taco shells, but cant find them online, I will use my hea for cheese on top and have fromage frais instead of sour cream, I cant wait til tea time.
Ive tried to have a day of lovely tasty food to keep me away form takeaways and the wine. Planning an alcohol free weekend.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Well I don't think my 1st week has gone so well in all honesty. Am finding it really hard to get used to the plan and deciding what to eat.
I think part of it is because I brought a disc on Ebay with the books scanned in thinking I could print them out but whe I tried they came out so small I couldn't read them
I think I actually need to get the proper books which means either buying them off Ebay (expensive) or going to a class which I don't really want to do. I've been trying my best using the website but it isn't always accessible.
By the way does anyone know if there anywhere I can find a list of cereals which come under HEB that I can print out? I was having Ready Brek but stopped as I thought you had to syn it and brought some Shreddies as thought that would come under HEB but have now found out they are 5 syns per 28g!
Hopefully if I can get the books I will find it easier. One day Rodney we'll be millionaires£2020 in 2020 - Running Total £170 -

Shreddies are only 5 syns if you have already had your HEB. It is a healthy extra if taken along with a Ryvitta wholegrain crispbread.
Marion:)When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

Marion:)
Really? Oooh thanks Marion
I was starting to think that I'd completely wrecked everything by swapping over.

Id recommend going to at least one class and hearing the consultant explaining the plans. it would cost £9.95 just now but there was a money off voucher in last weeks womans own so you would get it for £4.95. That way you would get all your books and get to buy the magazine cheaper (theres a new one just out). In the pack you get a food optimising book ( the bible), a month supply of food diaries and a new book explaining the EE plan.
You wouldnt really have to talk to anyone on your first visit anyway if thats what your worried about. im sure you would get a lot more out of going and it would be cheaper than ebay.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

by the way, you can have 28g of original ready brek plus 1 ryvita dark rye/original/sesame as a heb:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Hi all, can anyone tell me if there are any 'free' cereals that I could have for bf or are they all Hebs? Also how many syns in a packet on mint polos please?
Many thanks xxSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -
No cereal or bread is free - only HEb's but there are a range of free breakfasts; fruit salad & yoghurt, pudding rice & yoghurt, cooked brekkie (however big or small - egg & beans is my fave) etc etc

can anyone tell me how many garden peas i can have as a HEB on a red day please? the website says 142g & 71g so bit confused. and if anyone knows is that the cooked weight or frozen weight? thanks
71gms of peas is a speed food (helps your weight loss to be quicker) but you could have 142gms as a HEB of an Original day.
You may find other items in the book similar to this - always look at the symbol beside the food and this will tell you how it works.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
