karen-d-zar wrote: »hi, i know i asked yesterday, and no one replied - but does anyone know if there are any syns in the fibregel satchet's that you mix with water, to help you GO!!
i have terrible trouble and i eat loads and loads of fruit, etc and plenty of water, so the doctor said i should have one of these every day a well.
i cannot see them being any syns, as all they are is fibre/husks but i don't know.
hoping some one might know.
Does febregel contains lots of sugar?0 -
tomato's will help but you're still not eating enough
Try some fruit as a snack or dessert too
Garlic capsules might but anti-d's don't I don't think - I certainly never counted mine though things like that can often eithe rhelp you lose weight or hinder (like the contraceptive pill)

Weigh-in day tomorrow but had a sneaky weigh-in today and dont think I will have lost any this week
Had hoped for a good loss as worked 2 late shifts this week so never eat as much but maybe haven't eaten enough superfree foods cos of this.
Not gonna let this depress me as I have been doing well so far and am following the plan. Although I am doing it online, so dont have group support, loads of the girls at work are doing it so have the support there plus obviously on here
Going to the gym in a bit so will try to work some off that way and fingers crossed for tomorrow.
Well done to all this week's losers :T0 -
Oh no. All this talk of constipation reminded me that someone told me if you eat sugar free mints or chew sugar free chewing gum, that helps. Now I have eaten a whole packet of sugar free polos. Wondering how many syns that is :eek:0

Hi,
Does anyone know if this is Syn Free? Always used to be but I have had a panic after drinking gallons of it and I can't find it in the directory? Any help would be appreciated before I drink the next gallon
Thanks

Haven't been on this thread for ages and ages. Been following SW since July 2008, had a brilliant weight loss of 2 stone 6 in April last year, but then illness put paid to all my hard work and I gained most of it back.
But, the good news is Im back on track, now lost a total of 1 stone 3, and hoping for another loss this week (lost 6.5lb this week!! :j)
I've just found out that Ben and Jerrys now do a frozen yogurt version of their favourite flavours, the lowest in syn value is the Cherry Garcia which is 7.5 syns for 100g. Just been to check it out on Asda website, and the packaging is listed as mls (500ml). Does anyone know how to convert mls in grams at all? thanks in advanceYou're so very special, I wish I was special :dance:0 -
Please would somebody check this over, trying to do an EE day, also would like to know sins in a large glass of wine and a gin and slimline tonic, obviously won't be having both!!!
Breakfast Quorn sausages, Sainsburys good for you smoked bacon, fried egg (in fry light) tinned tomatoes, mushrooms.
Dinner Wholmeal bread bun (tesco healthy one) taken as a HEA with lean ham and coleslaw made from carrots, white cabbage, red onions, tesco healthy fromage frais and mustard powder, danone activia (one of the new fat free ones) grapes, plum.
Tea not sure yet but think it will be sw chips, mushy peas, mushrooms and more bacon.
I've also had endless black coffee instead of my usual white.
To round off day either wine of gin and tonic.:)
What does this look like, it's driving me mad  not having any chocolate, may have to start on the muller lights
Thanks

It looks OK to me, assuming there is no fat on your bacon. I think you meant you bread roll was a HEB? You can use milk in your coffee for your HEA. Check your quorn sausages as well because not all of them are free (but I think most are).
A nice chocolate treat is a small container (or big but too expensive for me) of 0% total with a highlights hot choc stirred through. Nice and creamy choco heaven for 2.5 syns!
Marion:)When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0
