Hiya, registered with my local class last night and was horrified at what I weigh!!

I've got till October to lose around 3 stone, so I know it's doable ~ trouble is, I just can't get my head around the plans at all!

Thats just what I thought initially about all the plans when I started 4 weeks ago but re-read the book and kept re-reading it until it sunk in.

Also ask on here cos everyone is really friendly and helpful and will answer most questions and never make you feel silly even when like me you ask the same questions

Well done Julesangela nad Kelly on your losses!

Ended up a little disasterously yesterday. A cake was calling me and later a bit of chocolate. I reckon I had around 30 syns. However I did go for a 45 minute walk so that's some compensation and I have a step class this morning.

I'm back on track for today:

B: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices toast (HEB), yogurt
L: Salad with spinach and bacon.
D: Roast chicken, vegetables, SW roast potatoes.

I will do yorkshire pudding for the family too with the hope that I'll be able to resist.
Might do a dessert also but not sure what.

This weekend we're being very quiet so I'm expecting to keep on plan instead of pigging out and drinking too much as has been the problem the last few weekends when we have been with friends.
    Trying to keep in budget.

Shellsuit - this is the official explanation of Extra Easy (just the same as Catt and Nic said, but put into biteable chunks, lol):-

    1: Choose your Free Food

Anything that’s Free Food on Green OR Original – so that’s pasta, rice, potatoes, lean meat, poultry, fish and all the Superfree food – is totally Free on Extra Easy! Yes, you can eat unlimited meat, potatoes and veg, fish, chips and mushy peas, and chicken curry and rice with no measuring, no weighing, no counting – no kidding!
And for super-fast, super healthy results, fill one third of your plate with Superfree Food!
    2: Choose your Healthy Extras

Each day select one Healthy Extra ‘a’ choice and one Healthy Extra ‘b’ choice from the simplified list of calcium and fibre-filled foods, including milk, cheese, bread and cereal.
3: Enjoy 5-15 Syns each day

And if the Syn values for Green and Original foods are different on the standard Syns lists, count the lower one!

If you buy the magazine there is a 7 day menu planner which guide you into putting meals together. It really is easy, but as with anything new, it may take a little while to get used to :)
    Excellent result KellyBB :T
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

    Morning all,

Yesterday ended badly for me too - had 2 diet cokes while out watching the bands, but then got in at midnight and had a packet of baked crisps, a piece of toast with butter and marmalade and two fun size choc bars :( Should have just gone to bed instead but it was calling me. Could have been worse (walked past about 15 pizza places on the way home!) but still feel annoyed with myself. Hopefully the weekend should be ok - we're going to London and staying with OH's mum, but she eats VERY healthily so doesn't have any junk in, and is veggie so doesn't have fry up stuff that OH would have of a weekend if he got his own way! Most difficult time will be driving back on Sunday - we always go for petrol at Tesco and seem to come out with loads of snacky stuff. Will just have to get the petrol and stay out of the shop!!

    Green day today:
B: All bran (HEB), milk (HEA), raisins (2), sugar (1)
L: JP and beans (Friday treat- lunch from the canteen)
T: Leftover soya chilli and rice (1)
    S: See how things go!

Have a great weekend everyone :)
