hi all,
can anyone tell me how many garden peas i can have as a HEB on a red day please? the website says 142g & 71g so bit confused. and if anyone knows is that the cooked weight or frozen weight? thanks0 -
Hi all, well not a great day yesterday, DH is back which means wine and pizza. But I did keep the pizza really healthy - HM tomato sauce and a little good fresh mozzarella. though I did have one slice of the very synful pizza later on. 2 glasses of wine in total. I also forced myself out the door to go swimming even though i really didn't have time and it left me crazy busy for the rest of the day.
It will not be a good weekend SW-wise but I am totally determined to keep the exercise up so I can minimse the damage
Well done to all the big losers, you're inspirational!0 -

Let us know how you get on with the lasagne from the mag - I quite fancy that although I'm not sure if the yoghurt /egg combo on the top sounds that nice. But you've got to try !
I was thinking an alternative might be to mix some strong soft cheese with a tub of quark and smear it on (although you'd obviously have to syn or use a Hea for the cheese).0 -
Morning All, and well done to all those who have lost! :T
I'm just catching up after being back at work the last 2 days. I am out of the house from 5am til 830pm at the earliest so I don't really get chance to get on the laptop. Yesterday was a bit of a disaster as someone was leaving and bought in loads of cakes and biscuits. I had a smarties cookie which I worked out at being 11 syns  and a couple of small flapjack and rocky road pieces which I guess would be another 6 at the least. And then when I got home there was nothing easy to eat so I ended up having a couple of slices of wholemeal bread with Nutella, another 8 syns
Back on track today and am trying extra easy for the first time. I'm on nights and am going to make up a SW Moussaka to take into work tonight, so I am not tempted by bad takeaways.
B - 28g Oatibix and SS milk (HEB and HEA), banana (will get some ryvita on way to work to add to the oatibix)
L - Probably a jkt spud or some pasta and salad
D - Mousakka with the cheese synned
S - Fruit salad
Oooh my SW mag has just dropped through the door, can't wait to see what recipes are in there!
Slimming world Restart 29/08/11 weight unknown?? 46 days until I go home :j0
