Hi, you can have 42g of the lowlow cheese. I think you can have 2 slices as a hea. I cant find the slices online. I would weigh them to check.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
I stayed the same last night. i think it was last week catching up with me as I lost last week but had been naughty, and very good this week.
Instead of my fish last night we decided to have a green day and made the cheesy, potato and broccoli bake from the SW calender, it was a big hit by all. Really cheesey and moist. It is similar to the Homity pie I think.
today is Ee
B- onken yoghurt and a banana
L-baked potato with tuna and cheese, salad
D - Grilled river cobbler with SW chips and peas.
Snack will be fruit
will have my toast for supper with a kit kat and a cuppa.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

It depends which Ryvita you wanted. You can have 3 multigrain/sunflower seed ones. You can have 4 dark rye/original/sesame ones. You can only have 2 fruit crunch/pumpkin seed ones.
Nuts! I type too slowI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Ah, have just noticed an anomaly in the amount of Ryvita allowed. You can have 4 of the dark rye/original/sesame but if you want to make it a speed food, you only get 2.
PS: Well done Rob on your great loss - obviously man-flu suits youI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Cheesy,broccoli and potato bake
free on Green and EE (add 6 syns if not using the cheese as a healthy extra)
12oz/340g Potatoes, peeled and cubed
140z/397g broccoli florets
Fry light
1 small onion, sliced
7oz/198g cherry tomatoes, halved
7oz/198g frozen peas
3 large eggs
1 tsp dries chilli flakes (optional)
7oz/198g tub quark
3 garlic cloves, crushed
a small handful of fresh chopped parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper
4oz/113g cheddar cheese grated
1. Pre heat oven to 200 c/400 f/Gas 6.
Place the cubed potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water and simmer until tender.
Drain and set aside. Meanwhile, boil the broccoli for 2 mins, drain and set aside.
2.Spray a frying pan with frylight. Stir fry the onion for 3-4 mins over a med-high heat. Add the broccoli, tomatoes, and peas. Cook for a further 1-2 mins. Stir in the potato and transfer to an ovenproof dish
3.Whisk the eggs with the chilli, quark and garlic until smooth. Add the parsley and season to taste. Pour over the veg/potato mixture, mix through lightly, sprinkle over the grated cheese, bake in oven for 30-35 mins until golden brown.
I actually added a full tub (250g) of quark to make it more saucy. I also used fresh basil instead of parsley as thats all I had, it was very tasty and oh who is normally a meat man, loved it ans had seconds.
Also to make life easier, instead of boiling the broccoli separate, I just added it to the potatoes while they were still boiling for the last 2 mins. Saved a pot and an extra hotplate on.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0
