Thanks Marion - I think that was pretty much it but couldn't remember if it was a tomato or cheese sauce. Tomato is better for SW so I'll go with that! :D:D:D

Would somebody be kind enough to check the syns for Sainsburys basic curry sauce please. Bought it a while back looks fairly low in fat.
    Thanks

  • Well I STS tonight which I guess isn't so bad considering I did very little exercise, drank and ate a little more than usual over last weekend, and had a major chocolate binge on Monday/Tuesday.

    This week must be better!

Gonna try to make it for a swim tomorrow but got an out of town meeting at 10am so have to be super organised :) Even considering taking car to the gym and heading straight from there to meeting although struggling with healthy food choices for this scenario.

Well done you losers, especially Rob, wow, good for you!

Oh and Flutterby it is really frustrating trying to be sensible and failing when it isn't your fault. Well done on avoiding the bun and not scoffing all the chips, you limited the damage and that's the main thing!

    After the minor chicken disaster....

    Red Day
    B - Scrambled egg + 25g cheese (1/2 HeA) + 2 Wholemeal toast (HeB)+ Light butter (2 syns)
    L - Monster Salad + 50g Pasta (3 syns) + Tuna + BGTY French Dressing
D - Roast Vegetables + Chicken wrapped in bacon + rest of cheese (1/2 HeA) + 200g SW Chips (HeB) + 2 tsp of olive oil (4 syns)
