I've just read some of the OFT's study into Estate Agency services throughout the country, and their findings were ;
"The average charge in England in 2009 was 1.6 per cent, above that in Wales (1.5 per cent), Scotland (1.1 per cent) and Northern Ireland (1.0 per cent)."
