and rice pudding is lush in a slow cooker :D

I was given a slow cooker recipe book 2 Christmasses ago, I've never used it. It has all sorts of fancy stuff in it like pate where you put ingredients in a tin/tub etc and then cook in water in the slow cooker.

Too much of a faff really, I just go for the meat/veg/splash of liquid combo and switch on :D

this is my week of food...

monday - gammon steaks with cabbage and leeks (fried in fry lite) with a couple of roast spuds from today
tuesday - sausage and mash and beans
    wednesday - spag bol
thursday - chicken byriani...(sp!) made from chicken thighs (they need to be marinated overnight but cheap and delish) with basmati rice...
Friday - corned beef hash with peas....

I am hoping to get away with weetabix or a blo for my breakfast and either cottage cheese or a bit of chicken for my lunch with salad...
