Snaggs, I am sure you are right and its all water. Infact I have only drank about 4 litres in three days, I am just not thirsty. Kinda proves its all interlinked with the diet dosn't it I know once I am back SS'ing I will lose all of it so I am not too bothered its just knowing I hzave broken back into the 12's :rolleyes: Ahh well health comes first

Erin is addicted to Super Mario Brothers on her DS, she's barely been off it all day, played it even when we were out in the car! lol! She's had her DS 2 years i reckon, nice to see her playing with it at last!

Rice pudding can be incredibly simple - buy a bag of pudding rice and follow the proportions and instructions on the side! I just use milk and rice, no sugar or cream, and I don't butter the dish (but I do put in extra milk). I get my sweetness from using cinnamon (throw in at the start) and you can also grate in some nutmeg for a traditional taste. Raisins are also nice in it too.
