    Im watching Dancing on ice..well in the loosest sense as I am on here and also trying to list bits on ebay!

    Pap, could you just be retaining a few lbs of water? Or maybe sluggish digestion because your body is just not used to eating? 8lbs in a week sounds like a lot because I bet you haven't even eaten that volume of food, so there will be an explanation I'm sure. Try not to panic, focus on eating healthily and making good choices and ignore the scales until you have spoken to the doctor again.

    It is Claire its repeated tonight. Maz I adore it, I used to watch odd episodes online/scenes on Youtube... Its a huge hit with some of my friends in the states. Its truely amazing and some of the meanigs/life skills shown is fab. I just hope when they are released on DVD I dont want to buy them all :eek: I have already downloaded some of teh music from the episodes :o
