Dark, dank and damp here today too but I've got no plans to set foot outside the front door so bring it on

Had a lovely LOB balance transfer offer in the post this morning - have taken advantage of that - every little helps.

DD's are both up and grumpy - pmt is rife in this house at the moment. DD1 is going out for the afternoon with friends, I'll get DD2 to do some baking with me to try and cheer her up.

Off to rustle up some bacon and eggs to fill some tummies!

morning all. Doing teaching prep. work at the moment for Tuesday :rolleyes: then going to look at a couple of cars in a garage when it brightens a bit later on. Then going to try to do a bit of my teaching qual. work.

Morning all, my word I didnt know how beautiful it was out there at 8am in the morning. Went and took the dog for a walk and did my run. Managed 1.45miles/2.33km in 30min (the couch 2 5k programme) which I dont think is too bad but I am going for running it not the distance (using map my run). We saw while up there a fox and vixen, about 5 squirrels and 3 toads. It was really quiet too, only me and Dolby, till about 9.30am when a runner joined us and 4 other dog walkers. The problem is the whole of the fields were like a bog so Dolby got caked in mud and wasnt happy about having a second bath in two days :rotfl:

Might see if I can get up early again tomorrow :j Comping for the remainder of the day, although I am tempted to go back out later, just to walk Dolby again :rolleyes:
