I got up late for me and then went to the gym...did an interval run and realised that the slurs are true...I DO run like Phoebe from friends.....not a good look!
Could be worse - you could run like Thing from the Addams Family...but i thoroughly enjoyed myself and I went on the sunbed. I know its not that good for you but its made me feel a whole lot better....a good run, a sunbed, steam room jacuzzi and a bit of slap (along with the mother plucker lipgloss) a meal out with my OH and I feel like a whole new person.....

i couldnt do CD again, i think it's true to say you need to do it til you're finished cause i have found it impossible to restart...
destined to be this size/weight, which for the most part i am happy with.

CD Bunster, giving it another try as my first attempt was in the midst of not only the Leeds 10k but also all the Mr Sunday crap, so I really struggled.
Not planning on dating for a while, no runs planned in the next couple of months, so I am giving it one last try, with a different CDC.

I dont think I would do it again if I wasn't commited to it 100%. I personally found I felt a real 'failure' if I decided to start and didn't do it and I kind of agree with Maz...Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0

I've tried to just do it on my own, and haven't got beyond a couple of days, but I think the threat of someone coming to weigh me will motivate me...hopefully!
