I have - lost about 5lbs but am still heavier than I was in summer thanks to the various bouts of comfort eating, hormonal issues, and confusing emotional 'emptiness' with physical hunger...oooh I was a bit of a mess for a while there.

I feel like I've regained a bit of control back over my life, and little blip over Shrek the other day aside, have been much happier recently. But would really LOVE to get into a size 12, so I'm going to try hard to get there.

are you eligable for CD? i betcha you're borderline......

But if it's what you have to do to get the control back then go for it... new CDC sounds good.

Not much choice CDC wise up here, they are all linked.

Let me know if you struggle to find it I could always send you a copy...

    Ohhhh I'm eligible, sadly! :rotfl:

The new CDC charges the same price for shakes/tetras/bars too, so I can mix and match a lot more easily. It's £35 a week no matter what you have, and the fixed price suits me better too.

    Hi all,

I'm recovering from flu at the moment. Was going to go and see my friends today but went to get in the shower and felt so exhausted afterwards I decided to stay at home and be looked after by my mum :)

Have been meaning to look at all my debt recently but have been so busy so I decided to look at exactly how much I owe and do something about it!! And what better place to come and get some inspiration than here!

Give it more ventilation. Is it a laptop?

It is a laptop and it's about as ventilated as it could be, it only lasts about ten minutes if it's resting on something completely. I've only been getting about 40 mins today though each time. I've taken the battery out to try and keep it cool but it's mainly along the back that it gets hot. It makes a whirring noise then conks out.
What course are you doing Ames?

This one is DD306 - Living Political Ideas, very interesting but a bit airy fairy theoretical sometimes. I'm also starting DD202 in a few weeks, that's Economics and Economic Change, which looks interesting but I think I might struggle with the maths a bit.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
