I couldn't do it again either...tbh I have found I am now lactose intolerant since being on CD...it runs in the family, I can't stomach milk anymore...

No great drama but I find milk upsets my stomach now....

the second time I tried to do it I couldn't - I think because I just didn't feel as carp as I did the first time round.

I am back on the CrazyDiet from today. Too ill to eat anyway which is helping - no food crazings whatsoever!

I'm aiming for 2 months on it (as that's all I can afford!), not feeling overly confident but will give it a go. That will mean not pushing the running too much for the next few weeks, but will still leave me 6 months to train for GNR, hopefully weighing less which should make it easier.

    That's the theory anyway. :o

All the best Snaggs :T I am hoping to be back on SS from Tuesday, please just let the doc say I am fine and need no tests. I am sick of eating or infact remembering to eat :rotfl: You will be fine, not that you need to lose anymore weight anyways

I thought you have been losing weight over Xmas anyway hun?

I have - lost about 5lbs but am still heavier than I was in summer thanks to the various bouts of comfort eating, hormonal issues, and confusing emotional 'emptiness' with physical hunger...oooh I was a bit of a mess for a while there.

I feel like I've regained a bit of control back over my life, and little blip over Shrek the other day aside, have been much happier recently. But would really LOVE to get into a size 12, so I'm going to try hard to get there.

well I don't really miss it. I don't have cereal and I drink black coffee or herbal tea now. Or wine of course....

I'll be drinking (and eating), don't you worry - I will have the day off, speshully for you. :D

But I'm drunk off two drinks anyway, so can limit food to reasonably low carb choices.
