I just got two letters, both off Halifax. One about the bank charges case being lost and another one, which was my credit card bill. Both delivered on the same day, by the same person, sat on top of each other on the downstairs table. I opened the bank charges one first then the credit card bill. And my credit card bill stinks of cigs. There's no smell on the other letter so it must be inside the envelope. Someone was smoking when they sealed the letter. No offence to smokers but it smells disgusting.

I hate my computer, it keeps overheating and switching itself off while I'm trying to do OU work. Why oh why did I choose a course that's all done on dvd rom instead of books?!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

I shall take deep breaths and calm down!
My commiserations. My neighbour beneath me has young children and they seem to think it's ok to be noisy at 11pm plus at night  Usually it doesn't bother me but I was a little narked so I might have to have a word soon.
Not much going on today. Did food shopping and need to collect my bike from the shop and have a few other plans which are fading away rapidly as the 'can't be bothered' feeling takes hold. I'll have (another) coffee and see if I can shift myself from the computer :cool:The 365 Day 1p Challenge 2025. Member #420 -

Give it more ventilation. Is it a laptop?"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

I;m tempted to play some very cheesy music very loud whilst I go out for a walk!"
I'd try something 1970's and very cheesy - Brotherhood of Man or something like. My ex-neighbour used to put cheesy 70's records on and blast it into the garden everytime there was a sunny day.
I've been on a date today and on another (different one) tomorrow. A saying about buses springs to mind. He told me that I looked a bit of a plain jane in my photo and much better in real life. Maybe I can get a 3d photo and provide everyone with 3D glasses!
