Hi all :) Here's ours (everything is vegan apart from DH's milk for tea/cereal and yoghurts as usual ;) ):

Breakfasts will be bran and raisin muffins on playschool days, for the rest it will be either plain toast/with jam or marmalade or peanut butter/with mushrooms or avocado. Hubby takes branflakes and banana for breakie, the same lunch as ours with an apple and yoghurt. Snacks are carrot, pecans or fruit. Puds are fruit or the odd day the girls might have custard, semolina or vanilla/choc pud. For supper they have been having a Cornish wafer (they like eating them as biscuits!) with their milk.

Girls have tea, DH and I have supper.

    Saturday
At parents' house for lunch and teatime
Supper: Mixed bean chilli with green salad (which this week consists of watercress, iceberg and peashoots ;) ) and tortilla chips

    Sunday

T: Crackers, rice cake and banana smoothie

T: Dhal pate on crackers, green salad, raisins and banana smoothie
