just had a phonecall from DH who will be really late in tonight. I think i may just have a bath and then an early night.
My plans for the weekend are to go shopping for my work colleagues retirement pressie with my pregant mate, so we'll see how that goes. We must resist spending money on our bumps.
DH wants to strip the wallpaper in the living room, and we also have an evening wedding reception to go to, and i need to do a fair old bit of school work. Roll on another week.
I'm sure i will just about get there.
Enjoy your evening everyone. Is there a prize for spotting Rzl first??

Evening all
I have had one hell of a day!
Consists of being charged too much by Sky and then being charged £75 instead of £7.50 for something bought over the phone so now I have to wait for it to arrive then send it back for a full refund:mad:
Been to Bromley PP- I found the glades and primark, I can see why you like the shops there also found poundland so thanks to everyone for letting me know where the shops were.
I loved it up there I didnt have a real good look round only the outside shops really, had a huge evans there too but I was good and didnt buy anything in there, I bought a huge vase in t k max and some microfibre cloths and mop from poundland, and on my way home stopped at a florist and bought 4 huge lillys £8:eek: but they look and smell lovely.
Just taken the dogs to the vets for their booster jabs and to get my boxers eyes checked out ( I thought she was losing her sight ) but she is fine.

Good evening everyone,
Well, im much brighter tonight, this morning i was so tierd, def due to the second night at my friends drinking a little too much wine!!!! Wasnt a hangover (honest guv!!!) but lack of sleep (keep waking up, then needing a wee etc!!!) and im terrible, once i wake up i lie there worrying about getting back to sleep!!!! Never mind, hoping tonight will be better, and i can have a lie in tomorrow, hurrah!!!!
The 3 little ones were very good today, mind you, a trip to the park helped tire them out!!!!
Have been trying to spot Rzl at the proms, but so far have only seen a load of blokes behind the conductor!!!! Im sure she is having a lovely time tho!
Going out to the moors tomorrow with some friends and their children, so have just made a cake to take with us, so must go and ice it now, so hope everyone has a lovely evening,
Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0 -
In an attempt to get myself 'back on track' I have been searching the recipie index (and other old thread....
) to find inspiration for meals for this warm weather. and finally
I've done it!
. Fingers crossed I can motivate myself to get to the shops early tomorrow and get shopping out of the way. DS is much better now thank you and as for me ... well lets just say it's a good job you're all hundreds of miles away from me for your own sake.... dare I insert this smiley?
Hopefully it's a side effect of the soup, not the start of the bug
You know, it's times like this I miss my DH - I do like to share
Did anyone watch 'Richard and Judy' this eve? I was so touched by Daniel Tammet the guy that wrote 'born on a blue day'. Some people are truely amazing, and he must be one of the most inspiring I've heared of. That book is top of my list for next read.
Talking of which - I've a book calling from my bedside table and two darlings who seem to think they don't have to go to bed...
G'night all

Its my hubbys birthday today....32:eek:
He doesnt know yet but DD has made him a scrap book and a few other bits. He already had his new PDA 2 months ago which was an early pressy but have got a couple of small pressies.
Not a good night here but hopefully will be a better day!
DD & OH had a great time at the leaving disco and OH didnt dance..thank god!! She got a lovely book that everyone signed and a pen set. They also smuggled me abit of cake back and was delish.
WM has been put on and will be dried outside. DW needs emptying and toilet is clean. House is still spotless.
DD is goign out shopping with her mates today and I think OH & I are going to go out for a drive and picnic. I would love to go to Dartford market (havent been in years) but not sure if the wheelchair would miff to many people offThen there is a huge Waitrose opposite and have a ton of vouchers to use and they except them all:D ....apparently!
People came to pick up all the computer stuff from Freecycle so that has cleared so much room up.
BaraginRzl-Hope you had a great night. The music was fantastic!!
Nelski-Where are you hun?
Breakie: Egg on Fresh Bread
Lunch: Picnic
Dinner: Not sure yet.
Anyway, will pop in later. Hugs to all.

Happy birthday Mr PP! Have a good one.
Are you cooking him up anything special today?
I really shouldn't be up yet, but I can't sleep.
Want to know why? No? Tough, I'm gonna tell you anyway.....
My SD253 arrived yesterday, and my first loaf should be finished at about 8.30am. I now wish I had set the timer to 6.30 instead of 8.30 - there was I thinking I could get a lie in...
Sad, huh, getting all excited about a loaf of bread
After that I have to bus it to town to collect the car (in getting a new windscreen) and then I might well take a wander around the supermarket to see what I can pick up to make bread with....0
