Kaz, thank you, I think normality is returning.

I want one of those Pukka Pads too. They are gorgeous. Unfortunately the nearest Ryman is in Chester, England while I'm in N.Ireland. Maybe I should avail of their internet shopping facility. Ooo the excitement of getting a big parcel that won't go through the letter box and ooooo having to go to the sorting office and oooooo aaahhhh unwrapping it in the car ...ooooooowwwwwwww wow!!!!

Snowy - That's sound like me. I excited about junk mail too. How sad is that.

    Hello everyone!

I've been hanging around for a while now thinking someone else is of course going to start today's thread...but so far it hasn't happened. Bet you I cross post with someone!

I've got the Monday Morning Blues, but only because I have to go to w***. The house is a tip, it looks like it's going to rain AGAIN and I had a horrible weekend. That's life I suppose.

    Bye all, see you later.

    Good morning everyone,

Hope im not post crossing, as the thread is a bit late today!!!!

I have 3 little ones here today, and unfortunatly the weather outside is horrible, so will have to think of something interesting for them to do indoors today!!!
Not speaking to DS at the moment, all year we have been having problems with him not eating his lunch at school, and resently ive thought he has been at least eating his sandwiches, but last night when i was tidying his room, i found weekls of sandwiches hidden in all sorts of places!!!! Not a happy bunny here, he went to bed and wasnt allowed to watch the world cup, i was so mad, and im also angry with the school, as ive been in enough to complain about them not encouraging or noticing about him eating. They also have been saying he gets silly and talks to much, but then, when hes not eating im not surprised he cant consentrate!!!!!
Ok, rant over, the next one will be at school this morning!!!!
Kyle - loved the wedding photos last night, your boyus look lovely as well, you mustve had a lovely day!!!!
Hope everyone is ok, and has a lovely day,
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    morning all,

just a quick one to say kyle ( my dd ) posted her wedding photos on yesterdays thread later on in case anyone wants to look
they didnt realise how long it would take to dress the boys and i dont think their little ds was a happy bunny so it was a mad rush at the end
as a result she forgot her flowers, they were beautiful silk flowers made by my future dils mum in Northern Ireland so dd was very disappointed about that but she had the tiara on which was made by her too

hope everyone has a lovely day, glad you are feeling better snowy owl

    Morning!
    Golly hardly anyone here yet.
DS and DD have gone off to college this morning (DD's induction week) so I am alone for once.
I've been working on my paper tape dress form for a while and now have a hollow torso with short legs and removeable short arms to help when I make clothes.
The garden is providing large amounts of grub now so no veg buying this week :T
Im quite pleased with myself as I mended our (from freecycle) shredder at the weekend. The drive belt had snapped and I had to hunt down another one.
It feels a bit like being the handyman for me in our house, OH tells me the washing machine is making a funny noise,DD says the kettle leaks, they both come to me for computer maintainance. Isn't this meant to be hubby's domain?? DS will sort out his own computer though.
Well Im off to make the most of an empty house.
