Good luck to Vicky and Ajax, i hope you both have wonderfull days xxxxxx

Kaz - we have had the rain last night (at last!!!) and its that horrible misty stuff now, always the way, i have a couple of days off and it rains, whats the betting it rains until Monday!!!! i hope it helps your garden tho!!!

Rzl - have you come back down to earth yet, its wonderful when something you have been wanting and planning for happens!!!!

Well, nothing much planned for today at the moment, have washing to do, but might not bother, as i wont be able to get it outside!!! Do need to pop round a friends later to borrow her hoover, my new one should be coming on Monday, but with such nice weather resently, the children have been in and out of the house, and have left lots of 'bits' on the floor. Have tried with the dustpan and brush, but hasnt done a good job (although the stairs have come up a treat, so your grandmother was right ChurchMouse!!!!!) and as we are going to be home all day, i know its going to start to annoy me soon!!!
Must also sort my finances out today, went into Plymouth yesterday, to take some shorts back to Next, and ended up spending another £62!!!! Mind you, jeans were £10 or less, and tops were £5 or less, so i picked up loads, and im really pleased with what i got. That reminds me, going to go through all the drawers (mine and the childrens) to see what we have that we dont want/need/fit, so hopefully i will get that done too.

Pooky - im going to my mums in a couple of weeks, and where she lives they have an afternoon car boot, so ive been sorting out my loft the last couple of days, looking for stuff to take with me (and hopefully not bring back!!!!)

Right, off to have my shower, hope everyone has a lovely day
    Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Morning

Hope the big day goes well for you both today guys....hugs!!

Not a good night last night...but hey ho!!

1st washload is on the line and 2nd load in and on. DW has been emptied and toilet cleaned. Cleaner here yesterday so house all spick and span!

Not to sure what we're doing today but not too much I hope. Need to get some food shopping as runing low on many items and have no normal spuds except new potatoes:eek: Will probably go to Waitrose as we have a ton of vouchers needing using...and I love Waitrose:p

We have decided to go ahead with buying the new car, but we couldnt get on 0% (as we dont work) or get FIL to do it as we are claiming the VAT back as Im having a special swinel seat put in so its easier for to get in and out. We have decided to put on out credit card and BT to a low LOB at 3.9% with no fees, so overall will be paying an extra fe quid but doing it off our own back with no help from family members etc:rolleyes: .....luckily I have several high limit cards:D

Anyway, Im off to watch Gilmore girls with DD;)

    Breakie: Bacon Butty
    Lunch: Chicken, salad roll
Dinner: Fish, New spuds, veg and parsley sauce

    Hugs to all

    PP

Hope you have a great day Vicky and Ajax 36_3_27.gif Ajax you did make me laugh posting on here on your wedding day - now that is truly OS dedication! Will we be hearing from Mr Ajax soon?

Its a bit cloudy here today which is no problem as I wont feel the drag to sit in the sun and may actually get something done! :D The house needs a bit of attention I must admit after being neglected for the garden in the past few weeks - the only good thing is I have no washing to do as every day I have been looking for things to wash with such great drying weather.

Going out to lunch with my best friend and her family (hubby and my 10 year old god daughter - dont think there is a abbreviation for god daughter) later today :j - some time ago we started the habit of going out the first Saturday of the month (or nearest one) and I am so glad we did - it comes around so fast and I know I wouldnt see them half as much without our arrangement.

Kaz - 2 foot deep:eek: are you planning a moat around Chez Kaz??
Tootles - Happy virtual 45th anniversary - hope you bought a pressy for yourself:rotfl:
Chipps - Happy real anniversary and I hope your table cloths prove to be a big success:D

    Hugs to everyone as always

Congratulations to the two blushing brides. I hope the weather is lovely.
Great news for you as well Bargain Rzl. :T

We had a lovely afternoon at the baby shower. I won a prize. :D A choccy & a lovely candle in the shape of a baby's bottle. Just got home around 7pm, had a shower & made a jaffle for tea as we were still full from party food.

Plans for tomorrow is to mow the block & tidy some more up in the shed. The rain is all cleared now. Think I might hit the sack as I"m bushed.

    ((((((hugs)))))) for everyone. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Sorry Pooky I thought you made them over there. :o You have what you call a jaffle iron & you heat it up & place two pieces of buttered bread with whatever filling inside. We had pepporini, cheese, onion & some baked beans we had left over. Whack it in the jaffle iron until brown & it's done. Probably another name for toasted sandwiches. HTH :D Great for lunches or easy tea's.
