Helloooo.
I'm back. It's been quite a busy week for me. I've been trying to frantically deal with tidying up at work before the end of term, and also the heat. We were also sent home on Wednesday with a burst pipe again, and no water in school.
I can see me having to go in next week, but it would be a lot easier than rushing too much now.
It's going to be a weird day i think tomorrow as we are losing two members of my department - one retiring and the other on maternity leave. It's also made me think, as after the holidays, i will only be there for 4 weeks and then that will be me on leave. And i still have so much to do.
We also seem to have found a plasterer, so that is the next stage of the DIY plans to put in action.
From what i have read on the last few days threads,
hope that catznine and elonas daughters are ok after their respective ops.
snowy - i'm really glad that ted reappeared. My two are always off and i was told by my neighbour that they regularly appear at her house at 12:30am. She's a night owl. I've given up worrying or it would be a permanent state of mind.
johanne - well done on the job and moving in with OH.
BRZL - hope the flat was what you were looking for. If not, then fingers crossed something more suitable is just around the corner.
Best go as i still have a present to wrap, and have a bath. I also have to plan what to wear for the end of term BBQ at the vicarage. Think i will try to wear my cropped jeans, although not entirely appropriate it is good for cleaning up and being comfy.
See you soon hopefully,

pp thats a shame we had camcorders and pics mind you it was a made up play that the kids made up themselves.. my oh took filmed it as i would be no good as i kept crying lolThose we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,

I cooked lemon honey chicken with sweet potato mash and fried cabbage, and must admit it was delicious!!!! Luckily her partner came to pick her and the children up, and mine have just to bed as well, but i think they had a lovely time playing outside, so thats good!!!

Well tonite I can hear Van Morrison at the DockRock concert, (I thought it was roxy music tonite) - he's not as loud as A-HA were and I know a few more of his songs than theirs:rotfl:
