Just ignore them or block this number if your phone can do this.

Annoyingly I pay to receive the text and then when I reply.

If the text comes from a ordinary mobile number then you don't pay to receive it,

What i do is text back "claim" and normally within 48 hrs you will get a call from someone offering their services on a withheld number, then tell them you were in a non fault RTA in a minibus with 8/9 other people and you all suffered personal injuries, make a load of spurious names and address's up, then after you have had them on the mobile for about 20mins tell them you were lying and to stop sending their silly texts out to you.

needless to say this really p*sses off the person making the call, as well as costing the company money to ring your mobile.

Just thought I really do have to much time on my hands

I understand paying for the text you send, but how can you be charged for the unsolicited text you received? You need to take that up with O2.

I am now going to check my bill as I have had a couple of these texts, but didn't reply.
