It's not a case of "making my mind up" more a case of, I want a new monitor and as you will know that with most things one can get to much information for products, so as there appears to be no negative responses to this monitor I will more than likely purchase it.
Go on you know you want to! Much bigger screen, no flicker, vibrant colours, sharper image, lower power consumption etc. etc.

How sad to have a 15" monitor in 2010 -maybe not so sad in the last century.

I think you should get the monitor, it'll be such a massive improvement you'll be wondering why you didn't get one sooner.
With the company being local and a 3year warranty you can't go wrong.

Well it was bought this century, like a lot of others will have been,(they still sell them), it does it's job, but as the computer is slowing up I thought I might upgrade the system slowly,(one by one), after all we can't always have or want the latest of everything. It is just a personal decision to upgrade my monitor, and if you think that is sad, then I am glad I don't live in your world.

I still have an 11 year old 37" CRT TV, it is working perfectly and I am not going to swop it for a "modern" LCD or Plasma, (with all the problems they seem to have), just because they are the latest thing the companies want us to have.

No I can afford just about anything I want, just don't see the reason to do things that don't actually want doing!
