It could be argued that a S/A seeing people looking at the cakes should have asked them if they wanted to purchase the cream cakes before taking them away.It is known as being responsive to your customers needs and giving them good service.
They don't have time to ask every single person looking at something if they want something. He's a big boy and can clearly communicate.0 -

I have not read all of this thread, only the first 3 pages so if I've missed something sorry.
I work for Morrisons and I agree with Tribulation, the customer comes first, if there is anything left when you finish your shift fair enough buy it, you are a customer too then.If you don't like what I say slap me around with a large trout and PM me to tell me why.

My GF got some reduced fruit from Morrisons yesterday. No staff whipped them away from under her nose and I am contemplating having an apricot very soon.
