Yes (other - I found - than filing an R85 for my wife's account. Where I eventually had to find a local Branch and take it in as they just appear to bin any sent in via post)

Have tried 3 times to open a second Vantage account online. Now had a letter telling me I must go into branch. That's a bit of a chore.

Are you logging on to the online banking then selecting the open a new account option in the bottom right or going to their main website and applying there?

Edit: Just applied for another via their homepage via the existing customer option - even though it didnt ask for any existing details or want to log me on to the online banking. Its gone through OK so lets see what happens.

Just tried to open another, getting an error when I get to the second page of the application, does that mean they won't let me or they have a system problem??

EDIT - I've tried through another link as well, and not got error page this time and seems to have gone through, does it take a day or so to show up with your other accoutns? nothing there as yet.

applied for my 6th classic account the other day, showing online today and upgraded to my 6th vantage

it just so happened i when into a lloyds branch this morning to pay in a cheque, obviously they could see i had 'numerous' vantage account on their computer and said you can only have 2 LOL didn't actually do anything about it though! they just seemed to suggest i wouldn't get interest on more than 2 so would be better moving the money to another account LOL

i just smiled and said i'll look into it

Can someone talk me through opening 3 accounts in the bank at the same time. I walk in with £21k and then what ? Will they just open 3 accounts ?
