Morning everyone
Friday ~ Childrens/Spare rooms.. or any other room you have neglected
Level One
Declutter and vacuum floors
Strip wash and replace bedding.. Vacuum and turn mattresses is not beeen done in a while!
Half an hour of you time.. no star if you don't do it!
Level Two
Wash duvets/curtains etc if not been done for a while
Sort through a box of toys.. find 5 that are no longer required and rehome (sshhh, do this quietly!)
Photograph as much as possible to ebay on Sundays free listing day.. if you don't ebay BINBAG DANCE!
Level Three
Sort through ALL the childrens undies.. whose pants are dead? Whose vests are now crop tops?
Sort through all the games and make them nice and neat (or disappear)

Extras

1. Mend an item you have been putting off..
2. ALL the dirty laundry to the wash baskets
3. Wash a set of curtains and rehang.
4. Sort the shoes.. I always have dozens of outgrown pairs!

[STRIKE]Sort out emergency box.. in case of power failures etc.. candles, matches/lighter/torch/batteries and emergency numbers.. plumber, gas, electric, water etc

Check smoke alarms
Tuesday ~ DONE


Extras

1. Sharpen knives
2. Medical box - restock and inventory. I'm sure a lot of us will have run out of the vitals the last few months!

Wednesday ~ Study and Bathroom/loo
Level One # done :j
Level Two
[STRIKE]Polish mirrors and taps and pictures and shower screens etc[/STRIKE][STRIKE]Wipe over all the paintwork[/STRIKE]
Declutter the desk and clean the keyboard etc.. icky germs.. and shake out those biscuit crumbs!

Extras ~ just 3 today as they are time consuming

1. Gather insurance documents/guarantees/important papers together in one accessible file

Thursday ~ Master Bedroom and Landing
Level One

Declutter the floor.. and vacuum it!

Extras

1. Clean vacuum innards, pipes and filters.. do not use again until it is all dry!

Morning all

My neck is quite a bit better this morning but it is still not quite right so I am having another day off work.

Step count for the day I feel 6535, not so good but then I am not surprised. Didn't put the pedometer on yesterday but it is on this morning.


Right school run or should that be walk!

i would politely point out their mistake - get them to check their records too! It happened to DD1 in nursery..and they were good about rectifying the situation.

So was that your Christmas cake Pen Pen? You seem to have a collection of cake picture for all occasions...:D

It's still foggy, damp and snowy here. I've had breakfast and am about to tidy the kitchen and get dressed before braving the cold and shifting snow and ice so I can go into town for my gym appointment.... I might even try to get there early so I can have a wander round the shops... (I did my prep for this afternoon's meeting while eating breakfast).

Bin lorry finally arrived this morning for the first time since the pre-christmas snow... sadly they have only emptied the black bin (only half full) and not the recycling bin (overflowing!).
