Ahh thanks for that, Im starting to get my head around the pro points plan now.I love having my overdraft of 49points as a safety net.I was doing well in the two weeks before christmas and lost 4lbs.I am trying my best to keep tracking, but its so hard being at home all day over the holidays and I do like my routine.
I am really determined to lose lots of weight this year, especially as I have allready booked my summer holiday and am not going to have my thighs rubbing together in the heat and feeling hot bothered and bloated.
On the moneysaving side if I lose at least 2stone before July I will not have to buy any new holiday clothes except swimwear.
I will be a regular on this bored looking for support and motivation.
  • Well I got weighed yesterday and put on half a stone which officially makes me one pound heavier than when I started in November.

Actually don't feel too bad about this as got weighed first week and lost 6 pound and never got back to class due to the weather and work commitments. SO my gain was actually over a period of about four or five weeks and I can normally gain half a stone when dieting over Christmas.

I am feeling positive just need to do a shopping list for this morning already got my pedometer on raring for action.

I know it is going to be harder this time than ever because I can only get to the Saturday morning class and cannot stay as I am working. but am hoping to get to a different class once a fortnight just to sit through class.
    Kate :hello:
  • Morning,

I am looking at joining WW online as I cannot make the classes and was wondering how you would calculate the points in things while shopping etc as WW website does not work properly on my phone, do they post you the calculator or will I need to join a class to get this and convert to online later?

    Thanks
    Frances

    Hi everyone,

My partner is wanting to join me on this plan next week but I have tried amending stuff online to find out his propoints allowance and I cant because his height is different and I cant find anywhere to amend that or to calculate the amount of points he is allowed,
He is 5"11 and weighs 14st 4 if anyone could tell me where online to find out or calculate his propoint allowance for me I would appreciate it

Is there anywhere on line you can revert back to old points system if I cant get along with the propoints ?

    Good luck everyone x

    Thanks xx

I think most people are on 29 daily points and 49 weekly points so your partner will probably be on this. There isnt the big range of points as the old system.

You can buy a shopping guide or a calculator on line or from the magazine and they will post it to you or you can drop into a class and buy them you dont have to join.
  • Well Im struggling the last couple of days, I think its the boredom of being at home.Im still tracking every day though, yesterday I hit 45 points.Im back at work tonight so Im hoping to get into a better routine.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a rasher of back bacon is now 1 pro point, on the old system it was 1.5 points, must be the protein element in the new plan.
