I would like to join you all if I may with a target of 9 stone 2 (16lbs to lose). My first goal is to lose 7 lbs and get to 9 st 11 which would be the lightest I've been since sometime in 2008. I want to think about a reward for that stage. Weigh-in Tuesdays.0 -

Hi All
Thanks Wanna Bee Free and hollowhead thats a great help,
Also Wanna bee free, we appear to have the same goals, I too have the first target of 7 pounds the on to 9 stone, so if you struggle give me a bell and we can both keep each other on the straightish and narrow
Have logged on to the website and blimey its a minefield of info and stuff.... Quite looking forward to working my way round it.
Ok so I am officially on Day 1.
Can you have a look at my menu and see that I'm on the right lines.
Breakfast: (now bare with me on this cause breakfast is the worst meal for me as I never get filled up and am always hungry and I don't really like cereal)
So 1 banana 0pts
2 Slice of extra lean ham 1pt with 4 slices of WW malted bread 5pt
Lunch:
Tin of makeral in tom sauce 7pts with salad 0pts
Dinner:
Chicken Stir Fry - 1pts for the veggies 165g chicken filliet 4pts
Gives me a total of 18pts leaving 11 pts and I am also going to the gym and cycling to and from work/gym, which seems to have worked out to 4 activity pts to add/use.
I also have to figure out red milk and fry light for my cooking later/hot drinks.
Ok well thats enough from me for now, wish me luck

Hi All
Hope it is okay to ask a question
Am planning on joining weight watchers on Monday, but I have bought some of the ww frozen meals for work, to give me no excuses not to start
On the new point system, are ww frozen meals the same point value (as printed on packaging) with the new pro point values ? (hope that makes sense)
ThanksMortgage Owed: Sept 14 - £107398.200 -
