    Thanks for the comments.
I have been struggling of late with NO motivation on the point plan. I am a helper at my class and we were given the Propoints plan 2 weeks ago and its been a breath of fresh air for me. It has given me the motivation and focus I was needing to continue and I will hopefully get to my goal weight early in 2011 :)

hjb I have found the adjustment to pro points pretty easy and am loving the 49 weekly pro points - It makes me feel as though I am not cheating myself. :D:D

Got my ProPoints plan yesterday and apart from the steep learning curve I'm enjoying it!

It's really made me think about what I'm eating - even if that's just because I don't automatically know the points any more. Struggled a bit in town because I didn't really know what was 'safe', but I'm still within my daily points - just!

I really like the idea of the weekly allowance as my meeting is on a Saturday, which meant that I was always over my points before the end of the weekend. I didn't really enjoy playing catch-up.

Went to the supermarket and stocked up the fruit bowl. I never really ate much fruit on Discovery - didn't want to 'waste' the points (I did get my five a day through vegetables, though). I'm looking forward to including more in my diet.

Anyway, at my weigh-in yesterday I gained 0.5lb. Hoping I will see a weight loss this week.

    Hi All,

Haven't updated in a while but to date I have lost 54 lb with a 5 lb loss this week :j - I'm number 53 on the list. Also can I add another mini target? To lose a total of 5 stone by year end, another 16 lb.

I am enjoying the ProPoints as I can now eat fruit without having to point it :D, so it is making me think more about what I'm stuffing in my mouth and making healthier choices.

3lbs off for me with new pro-points, not sure if I'm a fan or not yet. Total loss now 29lbs ... have achieved my new years resolution goal of 2 stone ... but changed the target to 2.5 stones during the year, so another 7lb still to go
  • Hi Ya

Can I join your merry band. I am new to this WW, I am hoping to lose 2st, but I have a few questions can anyone help, have i got this right, is all veg and fruit free of a point value? I mean 0?
Also can anyone point me in the right direct for cheese ? Cheedar - a points value and grams would be helpfully

    Thanks and wish me luck
