When you join you will get a little booklet called Your Week it will have the WW foods and their new points value converted in it so no worries about buying them now and there are loads of offers on at the moment 'cos they want to be rid of the old stock;)0 -

If if I join online will I get the packs sent to me by post.
Sorry if this sounds silly but couldn't see for looking0 -

I joined online but you don't get sent anything, as everything is online that you need. Doesn't help when you are out and about though. You can buy the books seperately.Treat others how you would like to be treated.0 -

Thanks
Am quite pleased about this as have bought a weeks worth as they were on offer (99p each)
Will start cooking for self, but as am at work all week, thought the meals would be an easy; no excuse not to start option.
Am going to a class tomorrow night, so am sure it will all become much clearer then :jMortgage Owed: Sept 14 - £107398.200 -
Hello everyone, I have joined WW online tonight, have been half-heartedly trying to lose weight for ages but not really putting any effort in, and had a sudden light-bulb moment on the scales tonight! I've put in all my details and my first target is to lose 11lb. It's shopping day tomorrow, so will stock up on lots of fresh stuff, and have already weighed out my breakfast for tomorrow! I really need to stick to this, so will check in here to keep motivated0

If there's no fibre listed you use 0g - I had the same problem and had to text my leader in a panic
Hello :santa2:
I've been at ww (this time lol) for almost 8 months and have lost 50lbs - although my grand total is 79lbs since starting. I work the shop at my meeting so have been on propoints for 3 weeks now and have lost 8.5lbs since starting it
I haven't decided on my goal weight yet - waiting to get a bit closer to a healthy weight to see how it fits me IYKWIM but have at least another 4.5 stone to go (63lbs )
I weigh on a Monday evening which is ok but I wish you could change the online tracker to start on the day you choose.

Hi all
I am new to the WW forum
I have previously done WW before but only stuck at it for a week as i gained 1lb so was guttedand gave up. I then tried the aitkins diet, well i say I tried it, i bought a book and to this day never read any of it lol.
I then tried the Cambridge diet - way too expensive. went back to WW lost 7lb but then back slid a bit. so now i am getting myself sorted again. Just before xmas may not be the best of times to start but hey ho I like a challenge.
I have joined the gym and try to go a least 2 times a week after work (that was put on hold for 6 weeks due to surgery) and i found an amazing Zumba dance class near home and believe me it is a full body workout!!
I do not have a target I just know i want to LOSE LOSE LOSE, 1 stone would be good, 2 stone even better. I want to feel better about myself and I want to look and feel good in my clothes.
so thats me in a nut shell.
by the way - how do you get those fancy footers that show how much weight you have lost? this week i lost 2.5lbs which was a big shock as sincesurgery I have not been tracking or excersing so assumed I had gained:j BIG THANKS TO ALL COMP POSTERS, MUCH APPRECIATED :j0 -

good luck, sounds like you have some motivation at the moment
am assuming the 'footers' you are talking about are the signitures - you can alter these by going to 'user cp' near the top of the page, then in the left hand column you will find 'edit signiture'Weight Loss - 102lb0
