Hi, I'm back from Tenerife with a 7lb gain - not surprising the amount of alcohol I drank and buffet food I ate - however am confident I'll get this off again in 2-3 weeks. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

ok - a bit of a newbie question!!!
I am off to a christening on Sunday - there is going to be a bar and a buffet after so what foods can I have/should avoid and what alcohol is low in points?!?!
obviously I will have my little 'bible' in my bag but what if some of the tasty looking foods arent in there?! Ive not been doing WW long enough to have a guess at the points0 -
A 2lb loss for me this week
and I reached my 10%. I had to tell her though as she didn't realise. Some leader i have got!!;)
I am finally starting to see and feel the difference. My size 18 jeans fall down now :j0 -

Does anyone know how you go about switching meetings? I am at one on a monday at 12:30 but it's so difficult to feed the kids and belt all the way to town to get there before they stop weighing at 1pm. They WILL way at 1pm but she is very grumpy about it.
I want to swicth to one on a tuesday but it's with a different lady - what do I do??0 -

Hi all
Well I made a promise on here that I would walk 3 miles everyday, I failed:mad:. My DD has been really poorly and I haven't been out the house much at all.
Today though i've been for my walk and really enjoyed it:j. It took me an hour and I was really happy as i've signed up for race for life and was panicing a little that I wasn't going to be able to do it. I know some people can walk alot faster than me but for me it's good. I've got 2 and a half months to shave some time off it.
I've also been really naughty as i've had a sneaky peek at the scales and they tell me i've put a lb on even though i've not been over my points at all this week. Fingers crossed they say something different tomorrow at WI.
Well done to all the losers and sts's. Welcome newbies.:hello:Mab2009:wave::wave:0 -

Your current leader/meeting helper will fill out a form and send your card to your new leader.

Hi guys,
I haven't posted on here for ages, I think I only posted a couple of times before I left!
Anyway, I've been really struggling with my weight loss, I seem to have lost all my will to live just now, everything is getting me down. The problems all stem from having a difficult time at work so I've turned to binge/comfort eating. I don't know how to stop.
The thing is, my leader wants me to take over the class. I'm still 1st 12lbs (I keep putting the weight back on) away from my goal and don't know how to get back on track. She's getting me a form to fill in next week  I told her it's something I'd be interested in but not ready for quite yet as I'm so far off my target. She told me that they are so short of leader for my area that it doesn't matter if you're at goal or not!
I'm thinking that it might help me get back on track as I'll be able to quit my awful job and won't be bothered by anyone so I'll be happy and relaxed aswell as feeling the need to get to goal as I'll be in charge of the class. The money is reasonably good (I only work part time as it is and I'll be getting the same kind of money I'm on just now) and the perks of the job seem good aswell but I'm a little doubtful. My leader currently drives over an hour to take the class and she is getting fed up of all the travelling.
I guess what I'm trying to ask is would any of you take over a class as a way of getting to goal?
I'm sorry for the long post but Thank You for reading!Started PADdin' 13/04/09 paid £7486.66 - CC free 02/11/10
