Been away for a while!! Still fighting on. Gone up and point then down again! All my own fault of course and the wine....I do kinda blame the wine more!!
Been really good all week and done quite a bit of exercise so I hope it's my comeback!!
I really need low point but filling options for breakfast. I usually have a bit of toast but starving by 12! Any ideas?
Oh and I'm now down to just 17pts per day. Evil Weight Watchers! xx
how low is low points??? the oats so simples are 3 points including milk and are filling, or you could have half a ww plain bagel and cook it in a non stick frying pan with an egg in the middle with some cooked mushrooms and a couple of tbsp baked beans for about 4 points......................................what else????? will have a think and come back.
love rags

I have 2 weetabix and 250ml skimmed milk for 3 points. Very filling. Brankflakes and milk are about 2.5 i think depending on how much milk you have in it.0

was at WI last night and lost 7lbs!:j
i was so surprised as i had gained so much last week and since then was at the carvery and frankie&bennies for dinners. it was also a new leader as ours is away to have a wee bambino but the new one is great. she is really nice and talks to everyone, and is not at all patronising. so im kinda looking forward to next week now lol, i better be good until then or i'll be in the bad books lol.
well done everyone else this week
