Welcome Bluedaffy
Well done to all the lossers.
Anyone else finding easter really hard with all the kids easter eggs around. I'm sure they're calling me.
Just had a curly wurly so hopefully will take the craving off. Been out for a meal today and I had Quorn Chilli. Does anyone know how many points in this as i can't find it in my eating out guide.
Thanks in advance:wave::hello:Mab2009:wave::wave:0 -
Well done everyone this week. I've lost another 1lb so 9lb off and 5lb to go to first target of a stone off by hols in May
Bluedaffy, I just do ww at home from my old books and have Monday as weigh day. Really finding that posting on here helps me stay on track over the weekend. Good Luck.
Easter is a nightmare!! every grandparent bought my 2 yr old chocolate, so we're going to be stuck with loads hanging round the house for ages as he hardly has any usually. Can see the temptation in letting them have it all in one go and getting it out of the way!! Might just make hubby eat it!!0 -

Hi thanks for the welcome
Have weighed this morning and actually have 13.5lb to lose.
I can start the week great really focused but by the end of the week I lose it, thats why I like going to class -something to aim for.
But at the moment lack of money means it not possible, so hoping that posting on here will help and give me motivation.0 -
Bluedaffy i'm sure you'll get lots of motivation on here I know I do.
Last day off today before work tomorrow so thought i might do some cooking to freeze for the week.:A Apart from no point soup what else could i cook to freeze for quick meals in the week?
Just to let you know a friend told me ww meals were on BOGOF at Farmfoods:money: I'm hoping to make a trip there this week.:hello:Mab2009:wave::wave:0 -
Hello all! Can I join too please?!?! I will also be doing mine from home and my weigh in day is Saturday.
Originally I was going to do Slimming World but a few of my friends are doing weight watchers so its easier if I do it as well so we can all help push each other forward and ask each other the points value! Plus WW ready foods are all over the place where as SW foods are few and far between.
At the moment poundland have got loads of WW crisps and cakes so I have been and stocked up for when the craving for sugary snacks gets too much (luckily I don’t have a sweet tooth but as soon as I tell myself I cant have something I want it!)0 -
Haven't got to WI in this week as it was supposed to be yesterday but there wasn't one. I was due to go to one today at 10 as a guest but BOTH my kids are ill and throwing up so I had to take them to the docs and now I can't get out
Missing a week and feeling fed up. I really don't want to go too far off the rails I already had a bad weekend in Blackpool with the family where I ate crap and loads of it.0 -
STS this week which ok considering how awful I've been!!!
Been good today but it's tougher now as WW have restricted me to just 17 pts a day!Thai crab cakes from Sainsburys are my tasty saviour. 3pts per cake and I have one with a big salad & a tablespoon of ww creme fraiche with spring onions. (based on my fave meal at slug & lettuce!)
Right rules of the week....
a.) No chocolate
b.) No wine
c.) More exercise (I bought a bike today)
Well done to everyone sticking with it and are still losing!!!!* Save £s - Lose lbs *
