hello all! had a terrible week, overdoing it everyday, plus its totm so have managed to gain 2lb... duh! Have been up and down like a yoyo over the last month but still under 12st just!
This week ahead is my last week before hols and so am planning a better week ahead with the hope of losing those two again. Doesn't feel so hard when its just a week. Fingers crossed.
have a good week everyone x

    Hi.
This week was my first weight gain - I guess I would like it to be the last! (well, I can but live in hope!)

    So: 1.5+

I lost 1.5 lbs last week, so am back where I was 2 weeks ago. Not too bad, but maybe I had become too complacent. It has all seemed very easy so far, not like when I have tried "being on a diet", which is a sure-fire way of feeling deprived and getting fed up with it after a week or two. So now its time to start reading the folder & magazines & get back on track again.

expecting to gain tomorrow, totm and not dieting this past week doesn't forecast for a good wi.

But i went shopping and got lots of yummy healthy food for the week ahead, so should get back into the swing of it!

woohoo..lost 3lb this week!!!!!! very happy as i have been really trying to be good and count everything.

Also, stopped eating same as hubby and son. They have hungry boys food, like sausage and mash made with butter and whole milk or lasagne and apple pie and custard for pud and i have salmon or prawns with rice and salad and fruit or fromage frais for pud. i was trying to eat the same but could only have a tiny portion and hard to work out points so not worth it and it's obviously worked.

6 weeeks till our hols and i'd love to lose anther 6 lbs which would take me to my pre-1st-baby weight!!

have a good week everyone x

If you give me the cals and sat fat i will work it out online for you.

But as a rough guide the formula is (cals/70) + (sat fat/4) = points.

Thanks but there is no Sat Fat listed on the packet which was the problem, I've just guessed 4 pts. Lost weight this week so can't have been far off!!
