i have been on/off here for quite some time but last night oh and i came to the conclusion that we will join weightwatchers!
well i will join but he will be doing it with me! it has taken nearly 4 years for him to reach this decision! he is such a foodie and refused to bring any low cal/low fat versions of anything! until yesterday! i cant wait to go to my first meetin on tuesday afternoon and get started!
its so inspiring to see that guys guys are all still here working away! lets hope it rubs of on me lol! x
Coulnt you two go together rather than the onus be put on you to do everything/work out menus etc. He may well feel inspired by seeing other men in the group and you could always look for a reduced membership for you both?0 -
