Another STS for me this week.
Gone over my points loads today, ate a kitkat chunky without checking it first and its 6 1/2
    points!! guessed 4 so whoops!

Must try and make a batch 0 pt curry/soup. I'm sure there'll be a recipe somewhere in the 55 pages but can anyone take pity on a tired Mummy and tell me any good ones. Thanks very much! Hoping me and my baby can share veggie mush when she starts weaning in a couple of wks.

I make a really simple soup which I leave chunky and it's really filling. I use carrots and leeks mixed with oxo, bring to boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes until carrots start to go mushy and then add chopped tomatoes and a little more oxo, simmer for a further 45 minutes. It's not the most exciting but really easy and i've frozen some for Friday when i'm going out for an indian so i can use all my points when i'm out.:A

Another 1lb loss for me at WI tonight ........ talk about taking the scenic route ! hahaha At least it's off and not on. Just plodding along nicely, sticking to the plan and trying to do a bit of extra activity.

Coming off slower this time round though but that's not a bad thing.

I shall update the 1st page tomorrow ......... keep up the good work folks ! xxx

hello all! and well done on the losses and STS... :T
Just thought I'd share a moment I had last night. Am off on hols next month and since my last trip away have dropped from a size 18 to a size 14-16. So I thought I'd get out my summer clothes from the suitcase to see what I had - and rediscovered some gems I had kept 'just in case' that I now fit back into. I only bothered to keep my faves, so it was lovely to put them on again! Made me feel great fitting into clothes from 5 years ago!
Then after my little fashion show the OH started talking about losing weight too, so I encouraged him to sign up for WW when we come back from our trip. He is around 3-4 stone overweight, though very tall so he carries it well. Less about looks and more about fitness for him. Will see how we both go...! :)

Now that I've reached my mini target time to set my next mini target.

I would now like to set my next mini target of 1.5 stone by June when I do my midnight walk for charity (7.5 miles).

In total I would like to lose another 7 stone and hopefully by setting mini target I will get there and stay there.

  • Hello, my name is rags and i have lost my way.........totally!!!!

have not been tracking, guessing my points based on what i was eating when was tracking and allowing myself a little of what i fancyed...............ALOT!!!!!!!

Couldnt go to the weigh in last week as was working and at uni when all the possible weigh ins round here were on, and the same this week (refuse to travel 30 mins to nearest one tonight, not very money saving)

hopped on my scales this am though and its showing no loss but no gain either, so must be getting it right somewhere.
Back to it properly tomorrow, even though back at work now gonna keep my points at 21 so hopefully if i do slip up and go over it wont show as much. Gonna try and get back on my wii fit and biggest loser game (work and uni stuff permitting)

well done on all the losses and sts!!!!!
    December 2018: £20,850.24. Now: £18,333.02 Total paid in 2019: £2517.22
