It is 2 weeks since I complained to Tescos and I have heard nothing. I know that some of their cafes are now run by another company - but even so I would hope that they would at least acknowledge my complaint.

I also wrote to tesco's I would say over a month ago now and still no reponse.

    :(

Hi there guys, I have a problem I need to write to pampers about but cannot find an address anywhere. I have emailed but no answer so need a postal address. If anyone knows I would really appreciate it. xxx

I complained by email to pampers before and didnt hear back, then a few weeks later got a letter and £17 worth of vouchers.

Got £4 in vouchers after getting 2 boxes of cereal with very little fruit in it. they apologised, but explained there was no problem at the time. Also pointed out that my favourite cereal has been discontinued last year :(

I've had real problems with Thorntons this week, ordered some champagne and chocolates for a friends birthday...

    -SNIP-

....I called thorntons today and they've ofered a full refund plus free chocolates and they're going to complain to parcelnet :)

So can't really coomplain about their cust service as it was fine... just a little annoyed at parcelnet boooooo

I've just had a very similar experience. Ordered some chocs for my mum's birthday. They didn't show up and three days later my mum went on holiday, choc-less :( Phoned Thorntons, who said they would arrange a new parcel to my address, as there was now noone in at my mums to take the delivery. Said it would definitely arrive yesterday, by courier. Stayed in all day yesterday, no parcel. This afternoon it has arrived, with the postman.

The Thorntons CS guy actually called the courier company 'a bunch of cowboys'. They are well aware of the problems but obviously a management decision to use a cheap outfit

Anyway, the reason for my post is to report that they've refunded my P&P and are sending a complimentary box of chocs to my mum :T

I've just complained to them again, how long ago did I order the chocolates...about 6 weeks ish, they offered me a free box to say sorry (I've still not received...) but they have always managed to get their brochures to me...

So they got an angry letter which has not been responded to yet, I'll see if i have anything tonight and if not I'll call them

    :)

Blimey. I did ask them whether the complimentary box would be coming out with P*****net but apparently not. Can't believe you haven't got yours yet! Did you get your refund OK?

Got to say I'd have to be pretty desperate before I used them again after my experiences.

Yeah the refund was done fine, I said in the letter that it was a shame because I've never ever had a problem with them in store.

I don't think I'd ever use them again either, You'd think they would just change the delivery company who quite obviously are taking items... there is no way into my flat without going through security, and they reckon they left them outside my door :S yeaaah
