Just opened a jar of Hipp Organic Baby Food, Banana Yoghurt Breakfast, to give to my 9 month old and there is a dead fly in it! What does everyone suggest I do? I have sent Hipp an email.

 If they ask for the jar - DONT SEND IT.. Just provide them with jar details eg: sell by date, any other codes ect.
See what they say! Thats really bad!

    morning everyone!

I've just emailed huggies, went to do baby boys botty this morning and I thought I hadn't cleaned him properly when I put the new nappy on him, there was a big brown patch in the new nappy, on closer inspection, there is something inside the nappy, a big squashed bug or something! Emailed them to inform them that I am not happy, I mean, what else could get into a nappy, close to my little boy's bum bum!
It's about 3cm x 2cm, brown and a little lumpy, deffo inside the nappy!

I'll let you know what happens!

Friday, whilst eating a lamb stew at tescos I found a large black hair in it,

yesterday at another tescos I bought a fruit salad from the cafe and it was 2 days out of date !!!

will be sending a letter out tomorrow

    Welshy x

It is 2 weeks since I complained to Tescos and I have heard nothing. I know that some of their cafes are now run by another company - but even so I would hope that they would at least acknowledge my complaint.

Stagecoach in Cumbria, got a free days travel pass after writing to complain that the last bus from Whitehaven - Workington never turned up.

Was waiting for the last bus (11.15pm). Had been waiting since 10.30pm as the bus before leaves just after 9pm!!! Had to get a taxi home with the other unhappy customers in the end.

They said that this was due to vandalism, but they could have sent another bus! Still I was happy with the free days travel.

    Another Public Transport one:

TrasnsPennine Express Train cancelled at Manchester due to a technical fault, delayed my journey by an hour as I had to catch a slow train back to Sheffield.

My tickets were return tickets Sheffield - Chester. Recieved rail vouchers for the total cost, even though I was only delayed on the return journey.

Picked up a complaints form, posted my tickets and within a week had my voucher. :) Very satisfied.
  • Hi there guys, I have a problem I need to write to pampers about but cannot find an address anywhere. I have emailed but no answer so need a postal address. If anyone knows I would really appreciate it. xxx
