    RESULT!!!!!!

Well, tonight, very much to our suprise, my friend received a call, advising that all of the outstanding balance has been deleted, and she owes Vodafone £0.00!!!!

I am so happy that someone actually listened. It gives me faith in the human race again.

Just to say that it was a very well written letter, a geat example how one should be structured and set-out. Thanks for posting!

Having a bad time with my phone at the minute. Its in a 12 month warrantee and when it comes back it will have 6 days left on it, which is probably wont break again between but I just know it will after, setting up a costly repair bill. I emailed sony ericcson but they havent even acknowledged my email or replied and this was on monday. They said they would get back to me withing 1 working day, i thought I saw that on there sight anyway. Firstly the phone broke 4 months after having it, the screen colours faded and went all weird so i took it back for repair, that took 2 weeks to come back. Meanwhile i didn't even get a replacement phoen or anything from the carphone warehouse. This time, the screen fell off. Its a sony ericcson w550i and I dont find this acceptable at all, and know a few people who have had the same problems with there phones. I want something done about it, or at least an apology because the phone is not fit for purpose. I think i might have a good mind going to trading standards but im not sure...

Anyone help me, so confused on this one!

    TIA :A

Had a carp time with Peacock's the other day. I bought a skirt and the button fell off it first time I undid it to go to the loo. I felt the customer service was appalling for the SECOND time (first time I went in to buy the skirt, a huge queue accumulated with no shop assistants around, one of the women behind me went to seek a member of staff after around five minutes), and when I went back to complain I had the overall feeling that because I'm young looking, they weren't dealing with me the way they would if it were someone in their 30s or older. Or perhaps they just need a lesson in customer service.

I have complained twice about them now, first time, the manager rang me back. He said things would be done. Nah. I complained again recently about a sa too busy chatting to her friend (not a sa) to serve customers and never heard anything back.

Eyelinerprincess, im in my 30's so its not just you, a lot of the staff need extra training. I have a mate who worked there, she got a job somewhere else and was much happier, she hated working at Peacocks.

I deffo won't be using them again. I saw a nice cowboy hat in there, but I'll get it off ebay cheaper lol. I'm guessing it's not worth my while complaining then?

I personally only complain when I have a problem with a product or service.
