NoThanks Chocmonster7, miss_chevious and Happy Shopper.
Looks like I will mention it. I was going to mail them to thank CS for dealing with my complaint so well anyway, so worth a mention.
I only complained in the first instance to get the staff to be a little better at customer service! Seems my letter did no good!Money saved for Car Tax:

NoI especially bought these pants for my twin boys as they supposedly contained pants with the Incredible Hulk on. There were none in the packet all spiderman. This happened three or four times. E-mailed Pampers to complain as my children were very dissapointed. Recieved an appology and money off vouchers!
Excellent Customer Service!:j0 -

Incidently, today I spent my "gesture of goodwill" from Primark. The lady serving me was quite rude when I presented my voucher, saying to the person who I presume was her supervisor in a loud voice "SHE must have COMPLAINED that's the only way you can get THESE" which I thought was uncalled for, everyone within 5 metres turned to look at me and it was quite embarrasing. Not sure whether to mention it on my email that I'm going to send thanking their customer services department for dealing with my complaint so well. Any ideas?
Thanks.
Can't believe this! You must mention it. I complained becuase as someone was serving me she was messing about with another colleague, laughing, joking, talking about how little money they earnt in front of customers, with the manager stood right beinhd, ignoring them! I complained to customer services, who have said nothign more than they would inform the manager - bit pointless as he was stood listening at the time and did nothing.......... o well all fun!:mad:ROCK:staradmin0 -
NoI complained to Boots last week in regards to 2 really rude SA's. One of them was absolutely awful, was throwing her hands up in the air and shouting at me after I pointed out that an item which ws supposed to be 75% off had come up at full price. She was arguing that it wasn't 75% off when it turns out I was right and it was. I was so polite to her and the other SA was also getting involved. Absolutely awful service, people were staring at them and shaking their heads at them they were so bad! Anyway, I emailed Boots about it and they said the manager is going to have a word with them and they have credited my Advantage card with £15.00, which I thought was good of them.0

NoForgot to add that I have also complained to Pampers in the past about nappies which had sticky tabs that did not stick and they sent me £14.00 in vouchers as the whole box was completely useless.0

Nocan anyone please tell me what the address for tesco is i want to complain about a member of staff thanx0

Nohttp://www.tesco.com/help/jump.asp?choiceB=4
There's lots of numbers on there.
If you are polite enough when ringing, even if you have the wrong number - asked to be transferred to the right place and hopefully they will do that for you.Money saved for Car Tax:
