Just made another complaint about Peacocks, ive seen better organised jumble sales, but now the sa are too busy chatting to their friends to serve anybody.
Also just sent a complaint to Next, waiting to be served today and the sa either chatting to each other or sending text messages, what am i, invisible?
Grrrrrrrrrr! My blood pressure must've been sky high when i was shopping today!0 -
Im a complainer, i think its only right to do so. Why should we apend our hard earned cash on these comapnies that make millions?? I complained about really bad service at McDonalds once, got a £5 voucher, also complained about Iceland and got a £5.00 voucher too!0

I went to boots on a large retail park as I had to get nappies URGENTLY for my baby (I will spare you the details) the 2 mother and baby spaces were taken so I parked in disabled, came out and changed baby on back seat of the car, looked up and a man was walking away who had just slapped a £50 fine on cos I wasnt dispaying a disabled badge, he said he didnt see me, my backside was sticking out of the open car door!!. I paid and appealed to CMS who wouldnt do anything so I contacted Boots, they didnt do anything. I then emailed Boots head office who appealed to cms on my behalf but said they couldnt do anything. Have just rung cms again (16 weeks after incident) and he is still reviewing it.
I was really upset about this, any ideas appreciated.
Thanks:mad:
HI kaza, was the carpark actually owned by boots?? did they display any signs, stating that there would be a fine, if you parked in the disabled spaces without a badge?? i ask because it is NOT illegal to park in a disabled bay, unless its on council property, such as lay bys and roads etc. carparks at supermarkets etc is not illegal!0 -

Hi, taraloveslewis The car park isnt owned by boots they told me that, not surw whi its owned by, it is on a large out of town retail park. The company issueing the ticket was called cms. I did not see any signs about a fine, but it did say it was a disabled space. So if it is not illegal any suggestions what i do next? Botts have given me name of the company that they let the building off, so possibly they own the carpark?0 -

Well, my boyfriend is a manager at boots, and he is also a policeman lol, and told me its not illdegal, and they cant fine you unless they have displayed it somewhere that they are operating a fine policy. If you go back, have a look if there is any signs, if not, they are wrong to fine you.0 -

NoWow! Big debate over mums and babies causing inconvience.
Although i have a car it isnt the rows of 'named' car parking places for specific people that bother me, but those mum who believe it their right to ram past/at you with their buggie and not say anything!
An 'excuse me' would do, as everyone else i pass seems to manage just fine with!0 -
Complained loads over the past few weeks, thats what I get for being on holiday.
Complain to lush a few days ago about shoddy customer service, got three bars of soap as 'a gesture of good will'
Complained to boots about complaining to boots(if you get me) and got a £20 voucher.
Went for the free meal that I got as a result of complaining about my birthday meal in October. Was wonderful, staff have changed, atmosphere changed. Wrote a letter of compliment to HQ, sent one back saying thanks, and mine was going to be passed on to pub and regional management. The sign of a wasted life is a tidy house, Welcome to the chaos!0
