No - but it should be moved to another board
How on earth do you get £1800 pounds of a £4500 car? What was the complaint?

I just got a £50 balance transfer fee back from GE Money due to their card delivery taking 3 times as long as they said. If it had come on time I could have just made my purchase with the 0% card, no fee.

I also had huge trouble with Argos delivering a bed that after numerous calls and trips to the store I eventually got a £10 voucher, couldn't be bothered persuing it any more.

I complained to Pizza Hut after I saw mice running round the restaurant. I was really just writing to tell them to sort out the problem as there were loads of them running round customers tables. ergh!
I got £25 worth of vouchers for Pizza Hut. It's not likely I will be eating there again though!!

I tried complaining to Ideal World shopping channel about an Item I ordered in August and has still not arrived. They took the money from my account straight away.
Everytime I email I state i do not want to be replied to by phone call and would like either a written letter in the post or an Email as a reply.
They always phone, never write or email and everytime they phone it is a person in India who I can't even understand.
I phoned them about a week and a half ago and it was abroad again.. the person I spoke to passed me about to different departments (Still in India) and in the end they told me that they had reordered my item and it should be with me in 14 days. I said 14 days are you sure? she said Yes 14 -21 days!
Anyone had any success in complaining to this company? and is it possible to get to talk to someone in the UK that you can actually understand what they are saying?

Personally I'd start by writing a proper letter (not email) to their parent company Ideal Shopping Direct Plc, try aiming it at their Finance Director Mr James Camp or Chairman Jim Hodkinson.

    Address is:- Newark Road

    Good Luck! :)

    hey
about two weeks ago i went into boots and asked at the No7 booth if they had any sample moisturisers because i get very dry and sensitive skin . but before i could mention that i was allergic to lanolin, she was slaping a moisturiser on my face and was like a robot stuck in a loop about how all these products are great for sensitive skin!!!

question is do you think i should complain as although the item did not contain lanolin ,it could have done and if it did i would have had a very swolen red face!!!
